Katie Doyle Myers

Development Director

Katie Doyle Myers serves as the Bee’s Nest Program Manager for the Climate Justice Hive and is the Owner and Principal Advisor of Grouse Court Strategies.

She is proud to be a co-founder of multiple organizations, including the Climate Justice Collaborative of Boulder County, Filantropis ONG in Guatemala, and Philanthropiece A.C. in Mexico. With over 20 years of experience in nonprofit and philanthropic leadership, she specializes in strategy design, team development, and institutional sustainability, with a focus on equity, cross-cultural collaboration, and bilingual communication. Holding an MA in Contemplative Education from Naropa University and a BA in Communications and Spanish from the College of Wooster, Katie’s work is informed by deep listening, reflection, and bold facilitation. She brings a unique background as a former educator and is passionate about community-centered leadership, healthy family systems, and civic engagement. Katie lives in Louisville, CO with her husband, Bryan, and sons, Phineas and Leo.
